Refunds & Cancellations

We bake everything fresh to order, so our policy is built around food safety and fairness.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch — write to us or WhatsApp with your order number.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled (they're perishable and baked for you).

Returns

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns. This is standard food-safety practice.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with items missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (an unboxing video helps fastest).
  • We will replace the affected items free of charge, or refund them in full to your original payment method — your choice.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days and typically reflect in 5–7 working days depending on your bank. Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method via Razorpay; COD refunds are made by bank transfer/UPI.

Quality promise

If something simply wasn't lovely, tell us. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
