Privacy Policy
Almost Calm is a brand of Amplfy Commerce Private Limited ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language, in line with the (Indian) Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone — to bake, bill and deliver your order.
- Payment data: processed entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
- Marketing data: email/phone if you opt in to our list; browsing events (viewed products, cart) via cookies and analytics.
How we use it
- To fulfil orders, send transactional updates, and provide support.
- With consent, to send our newsletter and offers (via Klaviyo). Every email has a working unsubscribe link; reply STOP to opt out of WhatsApp/SMS.
- Analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) in aggregated form.
What we never do
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the partners needed to serve you: payment (Razorpay), shipping (courier partners), email (Klaviyo), and hosting (Shopify) — each bound by their own safeguards.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime by writing to hello@almostcalm.in. We respond within 30 days. Grievance officer contact available on request as per Indian law.
