How fresh is it, really?
Everything is baked to order in small batches and sealed the same day. Every pack carries its baked on / lovely till dates on the front. Our standing promise:

Where do you deliver, and how fast?
Everywhere in India. Orders placed before 2pm are baked and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days to metros and 3–6 days elsewhere — always well inside the freshness window.
The weekend rule: orders placed between Friday 2pm and Monday morning are dispatched Monday, so your parcel never sits in a courier hub over a weekend. Fresh things shouldn't wait around. Neither should you — which is why we tell you this upfront.
Do you do gifting and corporate orders?
It's half of who we are. Hampers and trunks ship with a handwritten note if you'd like one, and invoices are never included in gift parcels. For corporate and wedding orders (50 to 500 units), write to hello@almostcalm.in with headcount, budget per unit and date — we reply within one working day with a catalogue.
What if something arrives broken or wrong?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full — your choice. Details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame. Full declarations are on every product page and pack label.
Payments
Cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets, processed by Razorpay. Cash on delivery where available, with a small fee shown at checkout.
